- What are your opening hours?
- Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8an until 4.30pm. For deliveries, standard hours within the M25 are 10am-2.30pm – outside of these hours, additional charges may apply. Please ask for more details..
- Are delivery and collection costs included in the price of the plants?
- No, unless specifically noted in your quote, transport costs are not included in the costs for plants.
- Do I need to maintain the plants?
- Yes! Plants are living things, and they may need to be watered whilst on hire to you – if you have a query about this, please ask us, as over watering can be as bad as no watering! Plants should also be sheltered from extreme elemental conditions (real or man-made, eg. hot lights). Tropical plants need to be kept at a minimum of 10 degrees Celsius or above at all times too. - Do you have a price list you can send me?
- No – but we are always happy to send over quotations based on your requirements.
- What is your delivery charge?
- This will depend on the amount of plants/props you are ordering, location, dates, times, ease of access and other elements – if you have all of this information to hand, we'll happily price the transport and labour for you on a job by job basis.
- Do you offer packages for certain types of event?
- No, but we are happy to work with you to create a bespoke package. We also have customer guidance sheets recommending suitable products for various themed events – just ask us to send one over for your event.
- What is the length of rental on your items?
- Usually you have the items for a maximum period of 1 week (7 days) – but discounted rates are available for longer rental periods in most cases..
- How many of each item do you have in stock?
- Please give us a call with regard to each individual item and we'll check! If we don't have what you need, we're almost always available to source more.
- Do you offer a charity discount?
- In some cases we can offer a small discount to charitable and not-for-profit organisations - please ask for more details.
- What are your payment terms?
- For companies who do not hold an account with us, a 100% payment is required in advance. For bespoke works, deposits may be required – please ask for more details.
- Can I set up an account with you?
- Yes, subject to meeting our terms and conditions – please ask for the account application forms and we will send them over.
- Do you deliver nationwide?
- Yes, we can deliver anywhere in Europe using our fleet of specialist vehicles - please contact us for prices.
